§ 10. Severability.

Each section of this ordinance, and each part of each section hereof, is hereby declared to be an independent section or part of section and the holding of any section or any part thereof to be unconstitutional, void, illegal, ineffective or contrary to the laws of Kansas or of the United States, for any reason, shall not affect any other section or part of this ordinance.
