§ 11. Term and Termination Date.

This ordinance shall be and remain in full force and effect for a period of five (5) years from the effective date hereof, unless sooner terminated as herein provided. KINNET is granted the option to renew the rights granted in this ordinance for two (2) additional five (5) year terms subject to the re-negotiation of the provisions including conditions of use and compensation. KINNET shall give notice of the exercise of the option at least nine (9) months prior to the expiration of the term. The renewal is subject to the provision of Section 16.
