    The Company shall maintain an office for the benefit of Customers and the City. The location of the office shall be determined solely by the Company. The Company shall also maintain a location in the City to receive payment of bills from Customers within the City after the number of the residential Customers exceeds one thousand. The Company shall maintain a local or toll-free telephone number for service requests, outage reporting, and other notices from its Customers. The Company shall designate and maintain an agent, familiar with the Facilities, who is responsible for timely satisfaction of the information needs of the City and other users of the Right-of-Way. The name and telephone number of the Company's agent shall be provided to the City, and such information shall be updated as required to keep the City informed.


    Nothing contained in this section shall be construed as waiving the rights of either the City or the Company to review in the courts, in such manner as is now or may hereafter be provided by law, any rules, findings, or orders of a regulatory body, the Company, or the City.
