AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO KANSAS GAS SERVICE COMPANY, A DIVISION OF ONEOK, INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, A NATURAL GAS FRANCHISE AND THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, MAINTAIN, AND EXTEND A NATURAL GAS PLANT AND DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF WICHITA, KANSAS; PRESCRIBING THE TERMS OF SAID GRANT AND RELATING THERETO; AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 43-970.
