§ 17. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE.

Nothing in this franchise shall be considered as a surrender by the City of its right and power to use and relocate the use of its Right-of-Way.

The obligations and undertakings of both parties hereto shall be performed at Wichita, Sedgwick County. Kansas. In the event that any legal proceeding is brought to enforce the terms of this franchise, the same shall be brought in State or Federal courts, as appropriate, having jurisdiction for Sedgwick County, Kansas.
