§ 3. Payment of Costs.

Latest version.

Kansas Gas Service, a Division of ONE Gas, Inc. will pay all costs and fees for the publication of this Ordinance.

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication in the official City newspaper.
