§ 10.04.010. Leaving obstructions, etc., on right-of-way, etc.—Permit required.

  • It is unlawful to place or leave any obstruction of any kind upon or over the streets, rights-of-way, or sidewalks of the city, including but not limited to, building materials, derricks, ropes, machinery, fences, wires, conduits, cables, gates, boxes, posts, planters, railroad ties, landscape timbers, rocks or boulders, without a written permit from the city engineer and compliance with the current version of the manual on uniform traffic control devices, including providing proper lighting and barricades.
