§ 10.08.081. Same—Exceptions to liability insurance requirements.

Liability insurance will not be required for underground irrigations systems, plants, monitoring wells, easement encroachment, or as determined by the city engineer. Notwithstanding this provision, no object of any type shall be allowed in the right-of-way if determined to be a sight hazard by the city traffic engineer.
