§ 10.08.220. Same—Penalty for failure to pay when due.

All use permits not paid within thirty days after the due date shall be subject to a penalty of ten percent of the amount of the permit fee, and ten percent of the amount of the permit fee shall be added for each additional thirty days from the due date.
