§ 10.16.130. Curb return radius.

The radius of curvature of the curb return shall not exceed the distance between the curb and the outside sidewalk line unless approved by the city engineer or the city engineer's designee. However, in no case shall the radius intrude into the sidewalk. In cases where no such sidewalk exists, the radius of the curvature of the curb return shall not exceed the distance between the curb and five feet from the right-of-way line.
