§ 10.34.040. Same—Residential properties—Established.

Any permittee desiring a use permit for use by a single-family residence shall, upon approval of application, pay a fee as required by this section. The annual permit fees for use permit shall be as set forth in this section. The minimum annual permit fee for use permits shall be $25.00.

	Encroachment Description	Annual Fee
(1)	Brick pavers or colored/tinted/stamped/embossed concrete that complies with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.	$ 0.10 / square ft.
(2)	Fences, walls, retaining walls, and similar structures, provided any such structures are "good neighbor" structures, with the finished side facing the right-of-way or the adjacent property.	$ 0.25 / linear ft.
(3)	Drainage flumes, walkways, or any flatwork other than standard drive approaches or sidewalks that comply with the requirement of the Americans with Disabilities Act.	$ 0.10 / square ft.
