§ 11.04.060. Congested area or district.

Congested area means all streets and portions of streets, excluding alleys, within the area described as follows: All the area bounded Central on the north including all property abutting Central on the north, Washington Street on the east, including all property abutting Washington to the east, the Arkansas River on the west, including all property abutting the Arkansas River on the west and Kellogg Drive on the south, including all property abutting Kellogg Drive on the south.
