§ 11.38.270. Right-of-way intersections.

  • (a)

    When two vehicles approach or enter an intersection from different highways or streets at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.

    (b)

    The right-of-way rule declared in subsection (a) is modified at through highways and streets and otherwise as stated in this chapter.

    (c)

    Notwithstanding other provisions of this section, every driver of a vehicle shall exercise due care to avoid colliding with any pedestrian and shall give warning by sounding the horn when necessary and shall exercise proper precaution upon observing any child or any obviously confused or incapacitated person.
