§ 11.44.110. Penalty.

Any person who violates the provisions of Section 11.44.100 is guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon a conviction, a person shall be sentenced to a fine not to exceed five hundred (500) dollars and/or imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days.
