§ 11.52.040. Parallel parking—Where permitted.

On all streets, alleys and public ways of the city, except where diagonal parking is permitted by this title or other ordinance, motor vehicles shall be parked parallel to the curb in the manner set forth by Section 11.04.205, except that parallel parking of motor vehicles with the left-hand wheels within twelve inches of the left-hand curb is permitted on any street or portion of street which has been designated and established by this title or other ordinance as a one-way street.
