§ 11.96.070. Controlled-access facilities.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 11.84.010 of this code, the following streets or parts of streets are established as controlled-access facilities:

Interstate Route 235 from the south city limits to the north city limits;

Interstate Route 135 from the south city limits to the north city limits;

West Kellogg (U.S. Highway 54) from Main Street to the west city limits;

Southeast Boulevard (K-15) from Hydraulic Avenue to the south city limits;

Southwest Boulevard (K-42) from West Kellogg (U.S. 54) to the west city limits;

East Kellogg (U.S. 54) from Topeka Avenue to Roosevelt Avenue.
