§ 12.04.030. Duty of companies as to streets, etc., improvements—Portion of street, etc., deemed used by companies.

The portion of the street or alley used or occupied by railway companies, under the provisions of the two preceding sections, shall be deemed to be the space between their tracks and thirty inches on the outside of each of their rails and all of the space between two or more tracks, turnouts or switches.
