§ 12.04.140. Applicability of Sections 12.04.110 and 12.04.120.

Sections 12.04.110 and 12.04.120 shall not apply to any employee of a railroad company operating such train, locomotive or car, nor to any other person having business with or acting under legal authority of such railroad company.
