§ 14.04.060. Renewal of industrial compliance, certificates.

  • At periodic intervals prescribed by the central inspection superintendent (which shall be not more often than semi-annually and not less often than bi-annually), each holder of an industrial compliance certificate shall file with the central inspection superintendent either (a) a current certificate of the chief inspector of a nationally recognized underwriting inspection bureau or a licensed professional engineer, or (b) such reasonable evidence as the central inspection superintendent may require, to the effect that the holder's plant continues to be operated in compliance with acceptable standards. Each industry holding a certificate hereunder shall annually pay, on or before the anniversary date of its industrial compliance certificate.
