§ 16.14.080. City manager—Accounting for revenue in budget.

The city manager shall, in establishing the city's budget, take into account the projected revenues from the sewerage service charges hereby levied to the end that the ad valorem tax for sewer purposes will be reduced to the fullest extent possible by the substitution of the sewerage service charge revenues.
