§ 17.12.190. When water service to a consumer may be shut off without notice.

Water service may also be shut off to any consumer by the water department without notice if such consumer shall tamper or in any way interfere with any meter, connections, service pipes, valves or other appurtenances belonging to the water department or for any violation by a consumer of the terms of this chapter or any other applicable ordinance of the City or of the statutes of the state.
