§ 17.12.320. Penalty for violation of Sections 17.12.120, 17.12.130, 17.12.240 and 17.12.250.

Any person violating the provisions of Sections 17.12.120, 17.12.130, 17.12.240 or 17.12.250 shall, upon conviction be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined in a sum of not more than one hundred dollars.
