§ 18.40.320. Trash and garbage requirements.

Every structure whose occupancy results in an accumulation of garbage shall have adequate garbage disposal facilities or garbage containers, whose type and location are approved by ordinance and the health officer.

The interior of every structure shall be maintained free from garbage, rubbish and other refuse that might become a health, accident or fire hazard.
