§ 1.04.030. Provisions considered as continuation of existing ordinances.

Latest version.

The provisions appearing in this Code, so far as they are the same as those of the code with ordinances existing at the time of the adoption of this Code, shall be considered as a continuation thereof and not as new enactments.
