§ 20.04.150. Records to be kept—Appeals to board of code standards and appeals.

  • The proceedings at informal hearings, as provided for in Section 20.04.120, including the findings and decision of the superintendent of central inspection or his designated representative, shall be reduced to writing, and entered as a matter of public record in the office of the superintendent of central inspection. The record shall also include a copy of every notice or order issued in connection with the matter. Appeals from the decision of the superintendent of central inspection or his designated representative may be made to the board of code standards and appeals by requesting in writing to the superintendent of central inspection, within ten days after receiving such decision, a hearing before the board. The appeal shall be heard, with written notification as to time and place given such appellant, within forty-five days after receipt of written request.
