§ 20.04.190. Adoption of rules and regulations.

The superintendent of central inspection is hereby authorized to make and adopt such rules and written regulations as may be necessary for the proper enforcement of the provisions of this chapter; provided that such rules and regulations shall not be in conflict with the provisions of this chapter. All such rules as the superintendent of central inspection may deem necessary for the proper and effective enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the approval of the city council and shall be binding and effective when filed in the office of the city clerk.
