§ 22.08.020. Certificate—Examination required.

Any person desiring to engage in or work at the business of mobile home mechanical serviceman either as a contractor or as a journeyman shall make application to the office of central inspection for a certificate and shall at such time and place as directed, be subjected to an examination as to his qualifications.

The minimum qualifications shall be the same as required for a journeyman mechanic.
Exception: Any person possessing a valid master's or journeyman's certificate Class "A-C" as provided for under provisions of this title shall be permitted to perform any act set forth in this section.
