§ 29.04.010. Adoption.

The Guidelines for Solar Energy Installations, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, 1984 Edition, including Appendix A thereto, except Appendix B, Section 107.4, the last paragraph of Section 107.5, Section 318, Section 403.3, Section 403.5, Section 404, Section 602, Section 602.1, Section 602.2, Section 602.3, and except for amendments set forth in this chapter, is by reference incorporated herein and by this publication made a part of this title as though set forth at length herein, and is hereby adopted as the solar energy installation code of the City of Wichita, Kansas.
