§ 29.04.030. Section 107.3 amended.

Section 107.3 of the Guidelines for Solar Energy Installations, 1984 Edition, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Permit fees. The fee for each solar permit shall be established in Table No. 107.3.

TABLE NO. 107.3—FEE SCHEDULE

Domestic Water-Heating and Active Space-Conditioning Systems
1.

For not more than two site inspections for final approval: $40.00.

2.

For each additional site inspection: $15.00.

3.

Any person who shall commence any work for which a permit is required by this Code without first having obtained a permit therefor shall, if subsequently permitted to obtain a permit, pay double the permit fee by this section for such work."
