§ 29.04.080. Section 202 amended.

Section 202 of the Guidelines for Solar Energy Installations, 1984 Edition, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Definitions. Building Official is the Administrative Authority. The Administrative Authority duly appointed to enforce this Code shall be the Superintendent of Central Inspection. The Administrative Authority shall make decisions as are necessary to administer and enforce this Code.

"Collector. A collector is a component intended for absorbing solar radiation and converting it into useful thermal energy.

"1.

A low-temperature collector shall be considered as any flat-plate, non-glazed collector.

2.

A medium-temperature collector shall be considered as any flat-plate glazed collector.

3.

A high-temperature collector shall be considered as any form of linear tracking concentrating collector."
