Section 403.4 of the Guidelines for Solar Energy Installations, 1984 Edition, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The collector array and storage tank(s) of hydronic solar energy systems shall be capable of being drained. Systems which incorporate more than one fluid-filled loop shall be piped to permit drainage and flushing of each fluid-filled loop."
