Section 420.1 of the Guidelines for Solar Energy Installations, 1984 Edition, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Required Pressure Differential. Closed-loop solar systems shall include an expansion tank, and be designed and installed to ensure that the operating pressure of the closed-loop portion of the system is lower than the operating pressure of the remainder of the system. The pressure-relief valve on the closed-loop portion shall open at a lower pressure than the pressure-relief valves in the remainder of the system to assure that the pressure differential is maintained."
