Section 903 of the Guidelines for Solar Energy Installations, 1984 Edition, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"System Controls—Domestic Hot-Water Systems. The temperature of solar-heated water entering the storage or backup tank shall not exceed the tank manufacturer's recommended maximum temperature."
