§ 2.08.160. Department of water and pollution control.

The department of water and pollution control shall consist of the director of water and pollution control and such staff as may be necessary to carry on the work of the department. The department shall be responsible for all functions of the water and sewer utilities, including administration, operations, planning, maintenance, billing, accounting and customer service.
