§ 2.08.200. Metropolitan area planning department.

The metropolitan area planning department shall consist of a director of metropolitan area planning department and such staff as may be necessary to carry on the work of the department. The metropolitan area planning department shall be responsible for supervising, directing, and coordinating all plans leading to a comprehensive development plan; advise the metropolitan area planning commission, provide technical staff assistance to county and city.
