§ 2.12.1040. Wichita Airport Authority—Creation.

There is created an airport authority as provided and authorized by the terms and provisions of House Bill No. 2070 (Chapter 5, 1975 Session Laws) enacted during the legislative session of 1975 by the legislature of the State of Kansas.
