§ 2.12.1094. Same—Officers—Meetings—Adoption of rules.

The officers of the board shall be a chairperson and a vice chairperson who shall be elected by the board from among its members at the first regular meeting in July of each year. The board shall meet at least monthly at such time and place as may be fixed by the chairperson. Special meetings may be called by the chairperson or by three members of the board by giving notice at least twenty-four hours in advance of said special meeting to all members of the board. The board may adopt such bylaws and rules as it may deem necessary within the authority conferred and subject to the approval of the city council.
