§ 2.12.1126. Design council—Officers, meetings, rules.

  • (a)

    The officers of the council shall be the chairperson and vice chairperson who shall be elected by the council from among its members at the first regular meeting after the council has been created and thereafter on an annual basis.

    (b)

    The council shall meet at least once per month at such time and place as may be fixed by the council. Special meetings may be called by the chair, or by three members of the council by giving notice at least 24 hours in advance of such special meeting to all members of the council, and/or the City Manager or City Council.

    (c)

    The council shall adopt such bylaws and rules as it may deem necessary within the authority conferred and subject to the approval of the City Council. The council shall be subject to the policy for boards and commissions.
