§ 2.24.010. Assessment procedure established.

Where any public improvements are made within the City of Wichita, Kansas, and the cost or a portion of the cost thereof is to be paid by and assessed to property within a benefit district on the basis of assessed valuations of the lots and pieces of land therein without regard to the buildings or improvements thereon as fixed by appraisers appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the governing body of the City of Wichita, Kansas, the procedure shall be as hereinafter set forth.
