§ 3.04.100. Payment of fees and receipts therefor.

Any persons engaged in or intending to engage in any calling, trade, profession, business or occupation upon which a license tax is levied by this title shall pay the tax to the license collector who shall give a receipt therefor, stating the amount paid, the nature of the license desired, for what time and to whom to be issued, and if possible the exact location of the office or headquarters where such calling, trade, professions, business or occupation is to be carried on.
