§ 3.05.170. Penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
