§ 3.11.030. Community events coordinator.

  • The Manager of Arts and Cultural Services is hereby directed to carry out the provisions of this Chapter. In reviewing and approving community event applications, the Community Events Coordinator shall consult representatives of City departments, including, but not limited, to the following departments: City Manager's Office, Metropolitan Area Building and Construction Department, Park and Recreation, Public Works, Fire, Police, Transit, and the Office of Environmental Health. The Law Department shall provide all legal services, legal advice and opinions regarding issues pertaining to this Chapter.
