§ 3.12.060. Penalty for violation of preceding section.

Every person who as owner, lessee, agent, projectionist or as cashier, ticket seller, ticket collector, usher or otherwise, or who shall aid, abet or assist in the production or display of moving pictures in violation of the terms of the preceding section shall upon conviction thereof be guilty of a misdemeanor.
