§ 3.30.040. License continuance.

Any person holding a valid cabaret or dance hall license, issued prior to the publication of this ordinance, may continue with the operation of that business until such time that the cabaret or dance hall license expires, or is revoked. Upon expiration or revocation of such license, an application for an Entertainment Establishment License shall be submitted to the City Treasurer if the business or individual is to continue operation of such business.
