During any hours in which any person is present on the premises, all teen clubs and
entertainment establishments shall be open to inspection by City Health, Fire, Zoning,
Building and license inspectors and Wichita Police Officers or other law enforcement
agencies. Failure to allow entry may result in suspension or revocation of the license.
