§ 3.36.010. Auction houses—License required; fee.

  • It is unlawful for any person to engage in the operation of auction houses where secondhand furniture, household goods and other personal property are sold at auction without first procuring a license therefor from the License Collector and paying a fee of one hundred dollars (on and after July 1, 1986, the fee for such license shall be one hundred fifty dollars), semi-annually, due March first and September first.
