§ 3.36.200. Same—Sections 3.36.110 to 3.36.190 not applicable to certain sales.

The provisions of Sections 3.36.110 to 3.36.190 shall not be applicable to auction sales by persons vacating urban renewal areas, trustees in bankruptcy, executors, administrators, receivers or other public officers acting under judicial process.
