§ 3.52.100. Disposal and recycling sites.

Licensed transfer stations operating within the city shall dispose of solid waste as defined in this chapter at a facility licensed for the disposal of such waste materials and will comply with all city, county, state and federal ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the collection and transfer of solid waste. Each solid waste collection vehicle operated by a transfer station licensed under this chapter shall display a valid current license identification in a manner and location to be prescribed by the director of public works. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as a flow control provision.
