§ 3.66.070. Same—Revocation; issuance of new license.

  • The board of commissioners of the city, upon five days' written notice to any licensee under the provisions of this chapter, may revoke his license for any one of the following reasons:

    (1)

    If a licensee has fraudulently obtained the license by giving false information in the application therefor;

    (2)

    If the licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter; or

    (3)

    For nonpayment of the license fee payable under this chapter.

    In case of the revocation of any license under the provisions of this chapter no new license shall be issued to such licensee, or to any person acting for or on his behalf, for a period of sixty days.
