§ 3.66.090. Candidates for public office, religious and charitable organizations.

All candidates for public office, religious and charitable organizations, shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and be subject to the penalties herein provided in the distribution of advertising matter, provided, however, that they shall not be required to make an application for a license under the terms of this chapter nor pay the license fee required in this chapter.
